We offer the highest level of care for our boarding guests. The last thing you want to worry about is how your furry family member is doing while you are away. We will provide all of the love, care, playtime, exercise, and food, he or she needs. We’ll also keep close tabs on everything and send you updates and photos! We track body weights, appetites, fecal/urine output, and all medications for each boarding guest daily.

We board on a very small scale, so your pet is not just a number to us. Each of our boarding guests get lots of individual attention, and we quickly get to know their favorite toy, or where they like to be scratched best. We also are trained medical professionals, so our team is comfortable administering medications, including insulin, and we know what signs to watch for that might indicate that your pet is a little off. You have the peace of mind knowing that immediate veterinary care is available, if necessary.

A Fear-Free boarding experience is our goal for every guest! Because we board on a small scale, our kennel area is quiet. We use soothing music and Adaptil pheromones in our dog boarding area and Feliway pheromones in our cat boarding area to help decrease stress levels. We also can add additional anti-anxiety supplements or prescription medications to help decrease stress, if needed. Our hospital assistants who care for our boarders are trained in Fear-Free techniques to reduce fear, anxiety, and stress in all of our boarding guests to make them as comfortable as possible.

Dogs
WALKS & PLAYTIME!
Our canine boarding guests enjoy 4-5 outdoor excursions per day—either walks on the beautiful trolley trail behind our veterinary hospital or one-on-one interactive off-leash outdoor playtime with our hospital assistants in our secure enclosed run.

FOOD, TREATS & BEDDING
We recommend keeping your dog on the food that they are used to, but we will also provide a maintenance food if needed. Please bring any treats you’d like for us to give to your dog. We also offer a peanut-butter Kong as an extra, if you like. We provide all needed bedding, but if you would like to bring something that reminds your dog of home, please feel free to do so. All of our indoor dog runs and kennels are comfortable and climate-controlled. Dogs from the same household can share a kennel if you like. We always separate dogs for feeding. We are unable to feed raw diets to our boarding guests, but are happy to accommodate hypoallergenic diets.
